A graduate of the prestigious Kings College London Department of Nutrition and Dietetics, with 20 years plus experience in the field, of Nutrition and Dietetics ranging from Assistant manager at Santa Monica UCLA to working with patients in the hospital setting in various disciplines such as Geriatrics, Endocrinology, Oncology, and Mental Health. I have set up Nutrition Services for various Home Health organizations and Hospice. Worked with various community and national organizations, including EPIC masjid, MCC, MAS, ICNA, and schools, (both secular and Islamic) in Dallas and San Diego to give lectures, presentations, and raise community awareness, as well as producing nutritional resources and publishing a related journal article in IMANA.

These experiences have fueled a passion for improving the health of people through the fundamental approach of nutrition, holistically (including prophetic medicine), and clinically, to ensure physical and mental well-being.
