Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) is a type of therapy that concentrates on finding solutions in the present time experiences and setting up goals for the future rather than focusing on the past and what brought the individual to therapy.
It is used to treat people of all ages and a variety of issues, including child behavioral problems, family dysfunction, domestic or child abuse, addiction, and relationship problems.
This method of treatment is widely used for child behavioral problems, domestic abuse, and family and relationship problems. This method of treatment had shown success at different settings such as schools and workplaces with individuals with different cultural backgrounds and age groups.

This goal of this treatment is slightly different than the individual therapy. Group therapy’s goal is to help individuals that are dealing with issues that affect many people such as anger management, relationship problems, depression, suicidal thoughts, eating disorders, anxiety, low self-esteem, and parenting challenges.
